Terms of Service

1. Service

Alphatesters12 (the 'Service') is a community platform that helps Android developers recruit the 12 testers required for Google Play closed testing.

The Service uses credits. Registering 1 app consumes 1 credit.

2. Account

Sign-in via Google account is required.

You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account.

3. Credits

Credits are usable only within the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5 free credits are granted on signup. Paid credits are purchased via Stripe.

Free credits (signup bonus, earned credits) are non-refundable.

4. Prohibited conduct

False registrations, malicious apps, impersonation, or credit fraud are prohibited.

For material breaches, we will suspend or terminate your account after giving you a reasonable opportunity to respond. Where immediate action is required (security incidents, legal violations), we may act first without notice, then provide a review procedure within a reasonable time.

5. Limitation of liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service functional but do not guarantee successful tester recruitment or Google Play policy compliance.

Statutory warranties and liabilities guaranteed to EU consumers are not limited by these terms. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not directly liable for disputes between users but will reasonably assist with mediation.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. However, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply.

Consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.

7. Changes

These terms may change. Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance by email or in-service notice. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance.
