Refund Policy

1. Instant digital delivery

Credits are digital goods delivered to your account immediately upon payment.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal is waived once digital content delivery begins. By completing payment you expressly consent to this.

2. Eligible for refund

Credits not deposited due to a technical error

Duplicate charges for the same order

Credits unusable due to our fault

3. Not eligible for refund

Credits already deposited and available in your account

Credits partially or fully used

Signup bonus or earned credits

Change of mind

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees may not be refundable.

5. Credit revocation

Upon refund approval, the credits granted for that purchase are automatically deducted from your account.
